Draft policy text prepared for Market Place Development — reviewed against general POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) principles, but not a substitute for sign-off from a qualified attorney before this page goes live.
Market Place Development (MPD) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you share with us, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We collect personal information you provide directly — for example, your name, email address and phone number when you contact us, enquire about training, or register interest in a programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, deliver the training or consulting services you request, and communicate with you about programmes, pricing and related MPD services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share information with trusted partners where necessary to deliver a service you've requested — for example, with SR Training Solutions for QCTO-related programme delivery, or with the relevant international certification authority for ISO training and examination bookings — and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, or if you have any concerns about how your information is handled, contact Wilna Havenga directly.
This site does not use invasive tracking technologies beyond what's described in our Cookie Notice. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
